 Burlington County Toys for Tots Holiday Application Announcement 

 Application are OPEN and will CLOSE OCTOBER 30TH,2025
 Approval or Denial Email: Sent within 72 hours of applying

IMPORTANT RULES

•  Apply only once. Multiple applications will cancel each other out and not be processed

•  If you need to correct or explain something, send a separate email with your control number in subject

•  Fill out the application completely. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

•  Only include information for your actual children (do not list extra names including step children)

• Step-parents: Application must be in the biological parent’s name. In the comments, state the step-parents name in the comments section that they will be able to shop for you

•  Appointments may be scheduled in late November or December. We do not send reminders—save your approval notice during the season we will not be able to confirm your appoiintment as we are busy with other applicants. If you missed your appointment because you didn't save the information we will not reschedule

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Birth certificate(s) with your name listed OR

• Court-sealed legal guardianship papers
  
  NJ Drivers License with your BURLINGTON County address on it. We will not accept any other state ID- we need proof you live in our county

• Without these documents, your appointment will not be honored.

APPOINTMENTS

• Appointment dates cannot be changed (times may be adjusted if needed on your appointment day).

• You may designate another adult to shop for you, but you must notify us in advance and they must bring your paperwork.

• No children allowed inside unless they are infants in strollers. For safety, if children are present, volunteers will shop for you.

• Applicants who are disrespectful may have their appointment canceled and further banned from applying in the future

DUPLICATE APPLICATIONS

• If you apply to another organization that already receives Toys for Tots donations, you cannot also apply directly with us. If your name appears on another list who asks us for toys, your appointment to come to us to shop will be cancelled and you will have to get your toys from that organization.  We will not accept you back even if you cancel with those organizations.

• Ask other organizations if their toys come from Toys for Tots before applying.

GROUP / ORGANIZATION APPLICATIONS

• Currently not open. May reopen in October/November.

• If reopened, groups must submit their 501(c)(3) and a full parent list for verification.

DONATIONS NEEDED

We are 100% volunteer-run and rely on donations.
