REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Birth certificate(s) with your name listed OR

• Court-sealed legal guardianship papers
  
  NJ Drivers License with your BURLINGTON County address on it. We will not accept any other state ID- we need proof you live in our county

• Without these documents, your appointment will not be honored.

APPOINTMENTS

• Appointment dates cannot be changed (times may be adjusted if needed on your appointment day).

• You may designate another adult to shop for you, but you must notify us in advance and they must bring your paperwork.

• No children allowed inside unless they are infants in strollers. For safety, if children are present, volunteers will shop for you.

• Applicants who are disrespectful may have their appointment canceled and further banned from applying in the future

DUPLICATE APPLICATIONS

• If you apply to another organization that already receives Toys for Tots donations, you cannot also apply directly with us. If your name appears on another list who asks us for toys, your appointment to come to us to shop will be cancelled and you will have to get your toys from that organization.  We will not accept you back even if you cancel with those organizations.

• Ask other organizations if their toys come from Toys for Tots before applying.

• If reopened, groups must submit their 501(c)(3) and a full parent list for verification.
